Trust review clinic

An evidence gap turned into a test for Session 4.

Evening studio / workbook practice Self notes · not a prompt
What you'll learn

Learn to turn a vague trust concern into one explicit evidence gap and expected test result.

Bring / required

Bring your AI Operating Charter and Day 1 evidence. AI/GPT is not required for the core peer clinic.

What you'll do

Exchange provisional charters, challenge one trust claim, ownership gap and permission assumption, then define the most consequential test.

Take away

A challenged assumption, expected behaviour and test case ready for Session 4.

The studio card is your own record. It is not a prompt to paste into AI.

What tonight is for

An evidence gap turned into a test for Session 4. This facilitated studio is part of the 3-day, 2-night programme. Use your existing work; no new technical setup is required.

Your task

Exchange provisional charters. Your partner challenges one trust claim, one absent owner and one permission assumption. Choose the most consequential gap and write an expected test result before seeing the outcome.

Use the starter packet if you do not have an own-work example.
